Returns & Exchanges
At Faiza Saqlain Official, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders. Please note that customized or altered outfits are not eligible for return unless they possess a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of receipt to report any issues.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is acknowledged, ensure the garment is unworn, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging for our quality control team to review.
- 3.Ship the Item
After receiving approval for the return, securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Upon successful inspection of the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
